Due to the way that the product is made, every single unit that we make has a number of scratch like marks called weld lines. These marks are perfectly normal and are a part of the manufacturing process and hence, cannot be removed. There are also two circular dots on each unit. There is where the plastic flows into the mold. They will not lead to any fault in the product and once up on your wall, they will be totally un-noticeable and not affect the function of your Gems in any way whatsoever. The above marks on every single product that we make so your ShowerGem will certainly stand the test of time.

Our ‘30 Day Hassle-Free Returns’ policy means that you will receive a full refund if you return your Shower Gem shower caddy for any reason whatsoever, within 30 days from date of order.
