Perfect Product
Absolutely brilliant product. Just had a shower room return and intention was to have a niche fitted to house shower gel etc but due to electric cables running in only place it could go wasn’t able. Fitter recommended this product which I was apprehensive as previous metal and plastic caddies rust and don’t stay up, unlike this product which is absolutely sturdy & with bottles in the slanted position, no spillages.

Due to the way that the product is made, every single unit that we make has a number of scratch like marks called weld lines. These marks are perfectly normal and are a part of the manufacturing process and hence, cannot be removed. There are also two circular dots on each unit. There is where the plastic flows into the mold. They will not lead to any fault in the product and once up on your wall, they will be totally un-noticeable and not affect the function of your Gems in any way whatsoever. The above marks on every single product that we make so your ShowerGem will certainly stand the test of time.

Our ‘30 Day Hassle-Free Returns’ policy means that you will receive a full refund if you return your Shower Gem shower caddy for any reason whatsoever, within 30 days from date of order. Simply send an email to returns@showergem.com that includes your name and reason for the return. *ShowerGem cannot cover the cost of return postage.

The Shower Gem can be easily clipped on/off your wall. Clean it using a soft cloth and warm water. There are also slots behind the shelves so that no water is retained on the product.
